Fems International Ltd was founded in 1969 by Dharamveer Madnani and Arjan Daryanani. Fems became one of Hong Kong’s largest General Trading companies with international offices in Angola, Cameroon, Chile, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Libya, Nigeria, Panama, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Togo United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

Mr Madnani and the Late Mr. Darayanani were a force to be reckoned with; their operational efficiency and ability to enter new markets rapidly led to exponential growth.

Fems specialised in four verticals; Agri-business, Chemicals, Oil, Gas and Mining equipment,  and Textiles

Fems reached an excess of $ 1 billion in turnover by 1982 and Dharamveer Madnani took sole ownership in 1987.

Fems continues to trade to this day continuing its legacy of being a trusted global trading house.
